Monday June 13

Shuttles from SLC Airport to Lodge at Snowbird from late morning to the afternoon.  

3:00 PM: Hotel registration opens. Lodge at Snowbird (lobby) 9260 Lodge Dr, Snowbird, UT 84092 

7:00 PM:  Dinner outside the lodge on the Skiers bridge.

Tuesday June 14

8:00 – 9:00 AM: Breakfast (Cottonwood B)

9:30 – 11:00 AM: Opening moleben, greetings from Archbishop Gabriel of Montreal and Canada (Cottonwood C & D)

11:00 AM – 12:30 PM: Lecture #1  Keynote speaker Bishop James of Sonora,“You Are A Temple of the Living God:  Choosing A Life of Your Own in and with Christ.”

12:30 – 2:00 PM: Lunch (Cottonwood B)

2:00 – 3:00 PM: Workshop introductory discussion (Cottonwood C & D)

3:00 -5:00 PM: Presentation and Podcast workshops  in breakout rooms (Alpine A, B, C) 

5:00 – 6:00 PM: Dinner (Cottonwood B)

6:00 – 6:30 PM: Prepare for trip to St. George church

6:30 PM: Buses depart to St. George church

7:00 – 9:30 PM: Akathist to the Iveron Hawaiian Myrrh streaming icon, light snacks, social time

9:30 PM: Buses depart for return to Snowbird

Wednesday June 15

8:00 – 9:00 AM: Breakfast (Cottonwood B)

9:00 AM: Buses leave Snowbird for Big Cottonwood Canyon

9:45 AM – 1:15 PM: Arrive at Brighton Resort.  Spend 3.5 hours here for hikes or hanging out near the lakes.  All activities in groups or buddy system.  Snacks and refreshments provided.

• Sunset Peak via Brighton Lakes (3 hr 15 mins) – Severe Hike
• Lake Catherine via Brighton Lakes Trail (2.5 hours) – Requires Faster Pace – Harder Hike
• Dog Lake, Mary’s Lake and Twin Lakes Reservoir Loop Trail (2 hrs 10 mins) – Moderate Hike
• Dog Lake via Brighton Lakes Trail (1 hr 29 mins) – Easier Hike
• Free roam around the area

1:15 PM: Buses leave Brighton Area and start heading towards Deer Creek Reservoir (preferably via Guardsman Pass)

2:15 – 5:00 PM: Arrive at Rainbow Bay Day Use Area (Deer Creek Reservoir) 

• Boxed Lunches, swimming, relaxing
• Ziplines near by (costs paid by individuals)

5:00 PM: Buses leave for downtown Park City

5:30 – 7:00 PM: Arrive at Main Street in Park City – Free time

• Participants can explore Downtown Park City, shopping for souvenirs, etc. (costs paid by individuals)

7:00 PM: Buses leave Park City 

7:30 – 8:30 PM: Dinner at Rainbow Bay Day use Area

8:30 – 10:00 PM: Start a Campfire after dinner

• Night swim, weather permitting

10:00 PM: Buses leave Day Use Area for Snowbird

Thursday June 16th 

8:00 – 9:00 AM: Breakfast (Cottonwood B)

9:30 – 11:00 AM: Lecture # 2  Matushka Patricia Klar, “Be a doer: Center your life around Christ and His Church”. (Cottonwood C & D)

11:00- 12:00 AM: Presentation by St. John of S.F. and Shanghai Benevolent Fund

12:00 – 2:00 PM: Lunch (Cottonwood B) 

2:00 – 3:00 PM Lecture # 3 Eugene Kulesha, “Building a church – physical and spiritual blueprints”. (Cottonwood C & D)

3:00 – 5:00 PM: Presentation and  Podcast workshops in breakout rooms (Alpine  A, B, C)

7:00 – 8:00 PM Dinner (Cottonwood B)

8:00 – 10:00 PM: Final work on Presentation and  Podcast workshops in breakout rooms (Alpine A, B, C).  Choir practice, free time 

Friday June 17th 

8:00 – 9:00 AM: Breakfast (Cottonwood B)

9:30 – 11:00 AM: Zoom video conference with German Diocese youth conference in Cologne, Germany (Cottonwood C & D)

11:00 – 1:00 PM: Practice team presentations for workshop projects (Cottonwood C & D)

1:00 – 2:00 PM: Lunch (Cottonwood B)

2:00 – 5:00 PM: Final team presentations (Cottonwood C & D)

5:00 – 5:30 PM: Prepare for Banquet (semi-formal attire)

5:30 PM: Buses depart for the Living Planet Aquarium. 

6:00 – 11:30 PM: Banquet and awards cermony. 

11:30 PM: Buses depart for Snowbird 

Saturday June 18th 

8:00 – 9:00 AM: Breakfast (Cottonwood B)

9:00 AM – 4:30 PM: FREE TIME . Hang out at the lodge, hike, see some sites, try some Snowbird Activities. (Lunch and other activities paid by individuals)

4:30 – 5:00 PM: Afternoon snack (Cottonwood B)

5:00 – 5:30 PM: Prepare for vigil service

5:30 PM: Buses depart for St. George church

6:00 – 9:00 PM: Vigil followed by dinner at the parish hall.  Confessions will be available during the service. 

10:00 PM: Buses depart for Snowbird

Sunday June 19th 

8:00 – 9:00 AM: Hotel check out 

9:00 AM: Buses depart for St. George church (we will not be returning to Snowbird, bring all your belongings with you on the bus)

9:30 – 11:30 AM: Liturgy

11:30 AM – 1:00 PM: Closing lunch and farewell at the parish hall

1:00 PM: Buses depart for the airport
